The following qualifying information had been reported as of Wednesday for the Aug. 26 municipal elections for mayor and city council positions across Walker County, with qualifying running from June 10 until June 24.

Field Set For Municipal Offices - Northern Plains Independent

The field has been set for municipal elections in Roosevelt County. Filing deadline was at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11. Sheri Crain has filed for re-election as mayor in Froid. Candidates filing for the two council positions up for election in Froid are incumbent Tyler Harris, incumbent Laurie Young, Robert Corbell and Penny Ryder. Culbertson Mayor Todd Gabriel has filed for re-election.
