The president of Panama, José Raúl Mulino, denied yesterday that the military training exercises, carried out by the Southern Command of the United States in conjunction with Panamanian security forces personnel in the jungles of the country istmeño, are related to “any hostile act against Venezuela.”
"Panama does not cede its territory for any type of hostile act against Venezuela or any other country in the world," said José Raúl Mulino.
