MIDLAND, Texas (KMID/KPEJ)- The Midland Police Department has asked for help from the community to identify an attempted theft suspect.  According to the department, the man pictured below entered United Supermarket at 3317 N Midland Drive and loaded up a cart. He then tried to exit the store without paying for the merchandise but the anti-theft locking system on the grocery cart stopped him from exiting the store. He's now wanted on a misdemean…
