Columbia and Boone County first responders worked several water rescues Tuesday night across the area. National Weather Service (NWS) St. Louis meteorologist Alex Elmore tells 939 the Eagle that Columbia has seen 3.04 inches of rain, as of 7 this (Wednesday) morning.
