Mitchell domestic abuse case resolved with restraining order plea

MITCHELL — A Mitchell man pleaded guilty Tuesday to a Class 6 felony for violating a restraining order, a charge reduced from an original domestic abuse aggravated assault by strangulation allegation following an incident in early August with his girlfriend.
