Mayfaire co-developer announces new Wilmington project, gives first look

BrodyCo, co-developer of Wilmington’s Mayfaire Town Center, announced plans for Mayfaire West, a new residential community with 256 apartments and 223 townhomes. The development, located between Town Center Drive and Gregory Road, will feature 9 acres of green space and pedestrian pathways. A community meeting is set for May 6.
