Trains on Lake Balaton are running with significant delays after a faulty barrier in Tárnok and between Martonvásár and Kápolnásnyék, according to MÁV, is slowing down traffic. The CEO of MÁV said he had ordered an immediate investigation because it is unacceptable that thousands of families are again suffering from a barrier fault on a railway track that was renovated "from the basement to the attic" 10 years ago.
