Latino Lawmakers Tour Southern Nevada ICE Detention Center; Raise Questions About Due Process - The Nevada Independent

LOUISIANA, JUL 10 – Up to 200 Marines will support ICE with administrative and logistical tasks amid record-high detainee populations and overcrowded Louisiana detention centers, officials said.

Lawmakers observed that detainees had access to medical services and working phones, and that the majority of individuals were housed in shared dormitories rather than individual cells.
