The Manitoba government has launched the Affordable Home Energy Program. Environment and Climate Change Minister Mike Moyes says this will make it easier for homeowners to upgrade to energy-efficient heat pumps and start saving on their energy bills.
The Government of Manitoba has launched the Affordable Domestic Energy Program, which will help cover the cost of geothermal heat pumps.
