SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio -- A man reported May 30 that he received a court summons in the mail for a traffic offense in the city that did not involve him.The summons suggested that he failed to show up for a court date in the city for an offense in which he was cited for a red-light violation and for driving under suspension. He said that he does not even own the car that was listed in the offense.
