A 24-year-old man was sentenced Friday to more than 17 years in prison for a shooting outside of a liquor store in Tustin two years ago. Daniel Martinez pleaded guilty on Feb. 4 to two counts of attempted murder with sentencing enhancements for the personal use of a gun and attempted premeditated murder.
