A Hopkinsville man was charged with attempted theft on Thornton Court in Hopkinsville Sunday morning. Hopkinsville Police say they were called for two men who had broken into a vehicle, damaged a window, and the steering column. 18-year-old Elisha Henderson and a second man were reportedly located, but the second man fled the area.
