Man arrested after stashing three pounds of fentanyl and meth inside washer in Syracuse apartment, police say

Syracuse, N.Y. — A man was arrested Thursday after he stashed three pounds of fentanyl and meth inside a washing machine in a Syracuse, police said. Tyrease T Young, 25, went into an apartment at 511 Dewitt St at 10 p.m. through an open door, Syracuse police said. Young was not supposed to be in the apartment because he had an order to stay away from the apartment and the woman who lived there, police said.
