DULUTH — A man has admitted to selling a woman a fatal dose of fentanyl nearly two years ago. Allen Frederick Briggs, 43, of Duluth, pleaded guilty Monday in State District Court to a second-degree manslaughter charge in the death of 26-year-old Meaghan Lynn Fleischer.
