DETROIT LAKES — Robert Eugene Canada Jr., 49, of Moorhead has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony theft by check. According to court records, on July 22, 2024, a Becker County deputy was dispatched to U Motors in Detroit Lakes on a report of a bad check.
