UNITED STATES, JUL 24 – Public disapproval of Trump's handling of Epstein files has caused his chances of completing a second term to drop from 71% to 65%, according to Star Sports odds.
- On Tuesday, Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson adjourned the lower chamber, a move believed to be designed to block a vote on releasing the Epstein files.
- Since July 6, the Department of Justice and FBI issued a joint memo stating Epstein had no incriminating 'client list' and died by suicide, President Donald Trump called it the `Jeffrey Epstein Hoax`, which he said Democrats created.
- On July 21–22, Emerson College Polling found 16% of 1,400 U.S. voters approved of Trump's handling of Epstein files, while 51% disapproved.
- Following public backlash, betting odds slipped to 8/15 on Trump’s reelection over the past month.
