MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — A man is facing serious charges after a double stabbing over the weekend in Berea. According to the Madison County Sheriff’s Office, 34-year-old James Cochran was arrested Saturday after deputies responded to a reported knife attack on Owsley Fork Road.
