COPPERAS COVE, Texas (FOX 44) - Copperas Cove families will see their school tax bills shrink once again. For the seventh year in a row, the Copperas Cove ISD Board of Trustees voted to lower the property tax rate, setting it at $0.7575 per $100 valuation for the new fiscal year that begins Monday.
