List of countries most affected by extreme weather, including three European ones

Floods, storms, heat waves. Extreme weather events triggered by the climate crisis caused more than 765,000 deaths worldwide between 1993 and 2022. According to the Germanwatch Climate Risk Index, three European countries are at the top of the list of those most affected by extreme weather conditions: Greece, Spain and Italy.
