The Young Turks Releases Video Alleging Lindsey Graham Had Sexual Relationships with Men
The film features firsthand accounts from three men and examines allegations that Graham’s private conduct conflicted with his public stance on LGBTQ+ rights.
- A documentary released Thursday by The Young Turks and Swamp Watch alleges that the late Senator Lindsey Graham paid three male escorts for sex, including one who was 17 at the time.
- Throughout his career, Graham maintained a staunchly conservative voting record, opposing the Respect for Marriage Act and the repeal of 'don't ask, don't tell,' while denying rumors about his sexuality until his death in July.
- Escort Kelvin alleges Graham paid him $120 for sex in 2001, while Cory claims he received $1,500; the filmmakers provided travel logs placing them in Washington at the same time.
- Young Turks founder Cenk Uygur stated the allegations are 'serious claims that deserve public scrutiny,' as the network made the documentary available for viewers to examine.
- Although the film features firsthand accounts, it notes that nothing conclusively puts the men and Graham together, despite providing travel receipts and tickets that correspond with Graham's schedule.
