Letter: Inhumane conditions prevail at Eaton and Cohasset

Please consider: I believe most people would agree with members of the North State Shelter Team (and the ACLU and Butte County Grand Jury): Our lovely Chico community must seriously address the truly inhumane conditions for unsheltered people living at the city camp on the  corner of Eaton and Cohasset.
