Las Cruces Fire Department’s Swiftwater Rescue Team deploys to Ruidoso

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Las Cruces Fire Department's Swiftwater Rescue Team is deploying to Ruidoso in anticipation of monsoon rains and the potential for heavy runoff in flood-prone areas, the Fire Department said in a press release on Monday, June 23.
