Kingsport BMA moves forward with local property tax relief program

KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Kingsport Board of Mayor and Aldermen (BMA) approved an ordinance on its first of two readings on Tuesday to adopt a local property tax relief program for qualifying residents in the Model City.
