Johnson City, Tennessee · Johnson CityKINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Kingsport Police Department (KPD) is asking for the public's help after a shooting on Dorothy Street on Thursday. According to a release from the KPD, officers responded to the 900 block of Dorothy Street regarding shots fired around 7:40 p.m. Officers learned that a silver or gray sedan was seen driving in the area followed by the sound of multiple gunshots, the report stated.
