Prior to a meeting of the Ministers of Defence of the Atlantic Alliance and of the Contact Group with Ukraine, Alyona Getmanchuk considered that European countries could not, at this stage, "replace, neither in model nor in volume nor in rapid delivery" American weapons.
European countries must finance more purchases of American weapons for Ukraine because Europe itself cannot supply it with sufficient quantities, Ukraine's Ambassador to NATO Alena Getmanchuk said today.
