Journey Announces Farewell 'Final Frontier' Concert in Tampa
Journey will perform 60 shows across North America in a farewell tour starting February 2026 as founding members plan to retire after decades of touring.
- On Thursday , Journey, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame band, announced a 60-date North American Final Frontier Tour starting Feb. 28 in Hershey and ending July 2 in Laredo, Texas.
- After more than 50 years, the band framed the trek as a final victory lap, with Neal Schon and Jonathan Cain aligned on winding down Journey and Cain planning to leave after the 2026-27 tour.
- Promoted by AEG Presents, the tour includes stops in Pittsburgh, Montreal, Vancouver, Kansas City and Sacramento, with Citi cardholders presale starting Nov. 11 and general on-sale Nov. 14.
- Founder Neal Schon said the tour is a heartfelt thank-you to fans and he has no plans to step away from music, while keyboardist Jonathan Cain called it a chance to reconnect and frontman Arnel Pineda, frontman, expressed gratitude for joining the band.
- Historically, Journey has sold more than 100 million albums worldwide and earned RIAA diamond certification, with 'Don't Stop Believin'' passing 1 billion streams in 2024 and induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
