ELIZABETHTON, Tenn. (WJHL) — Josh Smith was unanimously appointed to the Elizabethton Board of Education. Elizabethton City Schools Public Relations Coordinator Nicole Moore confirmed to News Channel 11 that Smith will fill the remainder of Danny O'Quinn's term until the next city election in August of 2026.
