JOHNSTON — Two Johnston men were arrested on drug and weapons charges following an early morning raid at a residence on Harding Avenue. Nicolas Pacheco, 35, and Francis Meseck, 36, both of 33 Harding Avenue, were taken into custody at approximately 5 a.m. Friday, May 23, by members of the Rhode Island State Police HIDTA Task Force and the Johnston Police Department.
