After 25 years, Fidesz's János Lázár is no longer a representative. He was replaced by the largest opposition party, Pál Szekeres, who until now was a member of the European Parliament.
Szekeres will presumably be replaced in the European Parliament by Balázs Orbán, whose replacement Fidesz still has to find someone.
The Fidesz parliamentary faction is being transformed after Pál Szekeres received the mandate of János Lázár. The Paralympic champion was a member of the European Parliament for the past two years, and Balázs Orbán will take his place in Brussels.
