Is the Era of Secrecy and Cannons in Public Service Contracts Ending at ARF?

Two operators, the same number of kilometers traveled on the same category of trains, substantially different compensations received from the state budget. This is the consequence of a system, which was intended to be "scholarly", put in place by the former ARF leadership, but a system that creates injustices and which could disappear after a meeting planned for Friday at the Authority.
