Ionized Bubbles At Redshift Seven Reveal Early Universe Structure.
Observations of Lyman-alpha emission from 292 galaxies at a redshift of approximately 6 reveal overdense regions and strong emission clustered within predicted ionised bubble sizes of 0.6-1.5 physical megaparsecs, though the detection of a 24 physical megaparsec ionised region presents challenges to current models of reionisation.
