James Hergett Arrested for Rampage in Ashland Downtown - The Ashland Chronicle-Oregon

James David Lee Hergett, 34, no known address, was arrested by Ashland police Saturday following a morning rampage downtown.   According to police reports, Hergett broke a pot near the Chamber of Commerce on East Main Street, grabbed the eyeglasses of a witness and beat another man who tried to intervene.  After arriving on the scene, police chased Hergett on foot up East Main street onto Allison Street where he tried to enter a home.   After ca…
