Corrado Luciani left a new comment on your post " Who gave and who received: the real numbers of EU funds ": Late comment because I read the article recently. However, non-repayable contributions (excluding loans) are not returned in full, but pro rata based on GDP and therefore we still pay out a part and not all of what we have received (in any case much higher than the pro rata of GDP).
