(WBOY) — The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced that it's investing $37,605 to the Fairmont-Morgantown Housing Authority as part of HUD’s Foster Youth to Independence program as well as First Lady Melania Trump’s "Be Best" initiative, which looks to advocate for child welfare.
