黄汉伟:10道槟传统美食 申报列国家文化遗产

槟州旅游及创意经济委员会主席黄汉伟指出,槟州政府近期向国家文化遗产局提呈了10道槟城传统美食,以申报列入国家文化遗产系列。 “这些美食包括扁担饭丶青鱼(Pasembur)丶炒粿角丶福建面丶爪哇面丶蚝煎丶虾面(Mi Udang)丶鱿鱼面(Mi Sotong)丶卡拉姆米粉(Kerabu Bihun)丶孟加里面包(Roti Benggali)。” 他今日在峇东埔玛拉工艺大学举行的全国非物质文化遗产大会“弘扬传统美食”开幕典礼,致词时如是透露。 “这些佳肴可谓道道经典,凝聚着族群智慧与槟城的地方特色,既是味蕾的珍宝,也是槟城文化的精髓。我深信,通过本次大会以及类似的文化节庆活动,必能成为凝聚社会、启迪青年的最佳平台,让新一代更深刻地认识与珍惜这份得来不易的国家饮食遗产,使其绵延不绝、永续传承。” “在推动非物质文化遗产保护的进程中,我州也希望有更多槟城传统美食,能依《2005年国家遗产法令》(第645号法令)陆续被列为国家文化遗产。此乃传承之举、护根之业,既是对先辈匠心的礼赞,也是为后代留存味觉
