A hit-and-run driver has been convicted after striking and killing a pedestrian in Atlantic City more than three years ago. A jury found Harris Jacobs, 28, guilty of leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident on Tuesday, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said.
