Daniel 'Dan' Lee Freund

Dan was born Feb. 5, 1935, in Laurel, Mont., to Norman and Audrey (Richardson) Freund. He passed away peacefully of natural causes at his home on Saturday, June 21, 2025 with his wife, Randy, by his side. Daniel E. “Dan” Higgins, 80, of Galesburg, died at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 29, 2025, at home with family by his side.
