Heerlen Has the Most Companies Owned by Convicted Drug Criminals

Three municipalities in South Limburg have a relatively high number of companies that are managed by a convicted drug offender. These are Heerlen, Kerkrade and Brunssum, according to new figures from Statistics Netherlands (CBS).
