People – Current Personalities Industrial insurer HDI Global has a head of European liability underwriting. Dennis Siebrasse (picture) will be head of liability underwriting from November 1st. The position was last vacant and has been taken over by global liability chief Mark Appleton. The industrial insurer HDI Global is re-creating its Long Tail division in terms of personnel. On 1 November, Dennis Siebrasse will become head of the Liability Underwriting Europe division.
