HATS seeks feline fosters during cattery construction

Felines being housed at the Isabella County Animal Shelter will be in need of temporary foster homes soon as the Humane Animal Treatment Society builds new cat housing. New catteries have been ordered, and HATS Executive Director Sera Henry expects delivery and installation to happen and be finished between July 16 and 21.
