Guilty plea entered in murder of Hardin County deputy sheriff

Todd Stricklin A Clifton man charged with murdering Hardin County Deputy Sheriff Matthew Locke entered guilty pleas Friday. Locke was responding to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Nance Bend Road on the night of Sept. 25, 2021, when he was fatally shot by Todd Alan Stricklin, who was 48 at the time, authorities said.
