Growing Concerns: Too early to rake grass, but unwrap evergreens

Garden centres will start receiving perennials, trees and shrubs around April 10. In the meantime, the garden centers have lots of primroses, pansies and spring bulbs to fill up planters till the annuals arrive in mid-May.
