INDIANAPOLIS — A gravel spill forced officials to close all lanes of Interstate 465 northbound on the west side of Indianapolis Monday night. According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, all lanes of I-465 northbound were shut down at mile marker 12.9 because a load of gravel was spilled on the road.
