Former commander of Ixtapaluca, imprisoned for operation Swarm, killed

Yoshigen Martínez, alias Aries, former commander of the municipal police of Ixtapaluca, State of Mexico, found him alive inside his cell in prison Neza Bordo, where he was held in August last year, when federal forces arrested him for his links to organized crime, as part of the actions of Operation Enjambre.
