SAN ANGELO, TX — Crisis counseling and unemployment assistance is available to those struggling after the recent Central Texas flooding that took place from July 2nd through July 18th, according to FEMA. FEMA funds the crisis counseling program, which is managed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The program provides counseling to residents of Burnet, Kerr, San Saba, Tom Green, Travis and Williamson counties. Learn More Here.
