Mesa Fleming of Broadus is the state champion barrel racer for 2005. She is the granddaughter of Clint and Arlyss Long of Wolf Point and the daughter of Jesse and Ashley Fleming, former Wolf Point residents. Another Successful Longest Dam Race Event For 31st Season

The 31st Annual Longest Dam Race was held on June 21 on the Fort Peck Dam. Mother Nature did not stop the 259 participants from coming out to compete in the 10k, 5K run, 5k walk, 1 mile walk/run and bike race.
