Fixed Dollar Terms: Banks Increase Their Bid for Foreign Exchange and Already Offer a Rate of More than 5 per Cent per Annum

In an economy without a seat and on the way to a bi-monetary economy, banks are tempting their customers not to leave their dollars out of the system and take advantage of rates that already exceed that of the US Federal Reserve.
