- The fatalities included Rajkumar Sharma, also known as Satish Sharma, along with Ravi Sharma and Phoolo Sharma from Samastipur, as well as two drivers, Sarfaraz and Abid, who were residents of Haryana. The injured individual, Shambhu Rai from Samastipur, was hospitalized at the district medical facility.
- The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath, offered his condolences on X and instructed authorities to deliver prompt medical assistance and start relief efforts, while the district administration set up a toll-free helpline to support the families of the victims.
