A house doctor from Moritzburg in Saxony had issued hundreds of false certificates during the Corona pandemic - and collected money for it. The Federal Court of Justice has now confirmed a verdict against her. She has to be detained and has a professional ban.
The Moritzburg resident Bianca W. was sentenced to two years and eight months in prison in June 2024 for 1003 fake-attests. Her revision has now been rejected by the BGH. However, there are further charges at the regional court in Dresden.
During the Corona period, a doctor from Moritzburg exhibited hundreds of false certificates throughout Germany. She resisted the verdict last year. However, she did not succeed.
Dresden/Leipzig – The verdict against a house physician from Moritzburg near Dresden because of the exhibition of fake Corona attests is legally valid. The Federal Court of Justice (BGH) in Leipzig confirmed the decision of the Regional Court of Dresden of June 2024.
