The OAS announced that on Friday it will publish the preliminary report of the mission of observers in the June 1 judicial election in Mexico.
The Electoral Observation Mission of the Organization of American States (OAS/MOE) noted that with the data available, so far, citizen participation in the judicial election was approximately 12% - one of the lowest levels for an electoral process in the region - and a high percentage of null and unmarked votes were recorded.
